Chris's journey in the social care sector is both diverse and inspiring, marking him as a distinguished figure in providing compassionate, tailored care since 2001. His extensive experience spans supporting elderly clients with dementia, individuals with learning disabilities through the NHS, and young people with challenging behaviours, illustrating a profound commitment to enhancing lives across a spectrum of needs. His work with those living with Acquired Brain Injury and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) showcases a deep understanding of specialised care, further enriched by his pivotal role in the foundation of Grendon Cross Care Ltd in September 2018 alongside Clara.

As the Care Quality Commission Registered Manager for Grendon Cross Care Ltd, Chris's leadership is characterised by a relentless pursuit of quality, a testament to his Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services. His unique blend of social care expertise and hospitality management skills positions Chris as a visionary in the sector, committed to elevating care standards and fostering environments where individuals and teams alike can flourish.
